Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing and administering collaboration platforms within an enterprise environment. Expertise in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), including administration, security, and third-party integrations is required, along with strong knowledge of Box and Dropbox, encompassing configuration, data management, and enterprise security practices. Experience supporting organization to organization Merger & Acquisition activities is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Google Workspace Engineer, the individual will lead the administration and configuration of Google Workspace and related services, manage additional enterprise collaboration tools such as Box and Dropbox, implement security best practices including access control and data loss prevention, proactively monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide training and guidance to end-users and IT staff, lead data migration projects, integrate Google Workspace with other enterprise systems, continuously optimize Google Workspace usage, and leverage automation tools to enforce security policies and streamline workflows.
