Requirements

  • Be onsite in WeWork locations every business day
  • Cover the front desk during the building’s set business hours
  • Manage member requests while maintaining WeWork’s service standards
  • Ensure all visiting guests comply with WeWork’s guest policy
  • Establish rapport with members and guests to build relationships and facilitate community
  • Anticipate member and guest needs using relevant member information to personalize experiences
  • Keep building-specific forms and documents up to date (e.g., pet forms, filming requests, bike room requests)
  • Answer questions from members and guests on building-related topics (e.g., way-finding, policies, procedures, community etiquette)
  • Participate in territory-level community projects and cross-functional tasks (e.g., Building Standards Project, Centralized Event Organizer, Culture & Learning Committee, Member Benefit & Communication, NPS Ambassador)
  • Provide feedback on event programming types and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact
  • Plan, execute, and host weekly and monthly events to engage members
  • Identify opportunities to connect members with each other
  • Celebrate members’ successes and milestones
  • Know and explain WeWork policies and procedures, and communicate building updates via broadcasts
  • Assist Community Lead and Community Manager with building operations and management
  • Conduct morning walkthroughs to address issues and escalate recurring problems
  • Locate and issue posts via the regional system to members upon request
  • Illustrate WeWork’s core values

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and “face” of WeWork for the Community
  • Host members and guests by operating spaces and providing extraordinary hospitality
  • Build a welcoming and collaborative community environment through events and relationships
  • Ensure the building is fully operational with efficient processes
  • Drive growth and promotion of WeWork-provided service offerings
  • Take direction from the Community Lead and Community Manager to support the Community Team
  • Support increasing Net Promoter Score through high-level member experiences via events and engagement
