Some commercial experience in a B2B environment
Commercial sense and customer-oriented approach
Good Dutch, French, and English language skills

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and website
Translate customer needs into commercial agreements and operational tasks
Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Complete customer request questionnaires
Create quotes and order packages for operational transfer
Provide after-sales/back office support
Recognize additional sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales organization
Maintain local customer databases (Salesforce.com (CRM), Rentalman (ERP))
Assist the sales team with specific tasks for large active accounts or complex projects
Record relevant data and maintain the database
