Requirements

They should also be a competitive team player desiring to be the MVP and contribute to the team's overall success, demonstrating an avid learning approach to technology and the ability to quickly apply it to business situations. Experience selling CRM SaaS is a plus, along with 3-10 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management and sales, and the ability to effectively engage with C-suite executives in mid-market to enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Enterprise Account Executive - East will qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats, educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative manner, manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle, prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts, research accounts, identify key players, build relationships, demonstrate the AI Service Management solution and align it with customer pain points, and close sales with a $1M quota, while maintaining and expanding their list of assigned prospects.
