The Commercial Account Manager will drive revenue for Ramp by owning onboarding, implementation, expansion, renewals, retention, and overall growth across a book of approximately 150-200 SMB customers. They will partner with the Account Executive team to understand new customers' workflows and pain points, ensuring fast and thorough product onboarding and spend migration. The role includes leading Quarterly Business Reviews to identify growth opportunities and collaborating with clients to maximize ROI. Additionally, the manager will build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and finance professionals, working cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience.
