Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure technology sales and a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment, ideally performing in the top 10%. Experience using Salesforce and excellent communication skills across all channels are required. Familiarity with open-source technology is a significant advantage, and experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal. The role is ideally located in Georgia or Florida.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business within the Southeast Region of the US, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to negotiation. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing opportunities with new and existing customers, managing forecasts, tracking customer data, articulating product value, and assisting customers during the trial phase. The role also involves meeting sales goals, cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, becoming proficient in Salesforce pipeline management, and managing quote creation and order processing.
