Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or formula-based tools
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive targets and objectives
  • Fantastic communicator with a “get it done” mindset
  • Well-organized and efficient
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to extract business insights from data to drive action (Bonus: Experience with Looker and Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing tasks such as menu edits, campaign detail input, offer uploads, and ad activation
  • Take ownership of specific project-related tasks, including reviewing partner menus and menu tags across different segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Key), and implement operational improvement sprints
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to extract and analyze data for daily, weekly, or monthly assessments, focusing on growth and operational enhancements
  • Partner with segment team leads on strategic initiatives, providing support in data management and progress tracking
  • Liaise with approximately 500 brands within the SMB segment to engage them in advertising and discount programs, while also identifying and communicating potential solutions to operational challenges
