Partner Programs Leader

Position Overview

Dataiku is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Partner Programs Leader to scale critical elements of its partner ecosystem, including Systems Integrators, ISVs, Resellers, and Technology partners. This role is crucial for accelerating joint Go-to-Market (GTM) success through co-sell programs, lead sharing frameworks, and high-impact partner offers. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable programs that drive revenue, strengthen partner engagement, and expand Dataiku’s market reach.

Responsibilities

  • Design GTM Offers: Identify and define joint partner solutions and sales plays based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Lead Co-Sell Strategy: Build and manage scalable co-sell programs and partner incentives to drive shared pipeline and revenue.
  • Enable Lead Sharing: Develop structured lead-passing frameworks and manage tools like Crossbeam and PRMs for seamless collaboration.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track program performance, generate reporting, and utilize insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partner programs, GTM, or strategic alliances (ideally in B2B SaaS).
  • 10+ years of experience working with global partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with the current AI ecosystem and market.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and execution skills.
  • Familiarity with partner tools (e.g., Crossbeam, Salesforce, PRMs).
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package will be determined during the interview process and is based on factors such as geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience, and training. Eligible roles may also receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.
