They should have a strong background in video production, from concept development to final execution, and experience managing remote creative teams and agencies. Furthermore, the candidate must be proficient in utilizing marketing analytics and data to optimize content performance, along with a strategic mindset and aesthetic sensibility.
This role will lead the creation of multi-format content including video, case studies, thought leadership, and digital assets, developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, establishing distinctive content franchises, directing remote creative teams and agency partners, collaborating with executive leadership to support business strategy, analyzing content performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to improve ROI. The Director will also balance creative excellence with data-driven decision-making to maximize content effectiveness.
