The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the acquirer or financial services sector, with demonstrated negotiation and persuasive communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, PipeDrive, or Salesforce, is preferred. A proactive and communicative profile, comfortable with presentations and external events, is also required.
As a Closer de Parcerias, you will act as a core sales partner for Stone, responsible for driving sales, identifying market opportunities, and building long-term business relationships. This includes acquiring new clients, qualifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with strategic partners, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, participating in events, creating sales strategies, managing the sales funnel using CRM, negotiating terms, reporting results, and contributing to process optimization.
