Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff involving EP products
  • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business
  • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage
  • Provide back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training to physicians, nurses, and sales representatives
  • Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals
  • Provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next generation products
  • Assist Training and Education departments with advanced educational seminars and preparation of educational materials
  • Assist Sales with advanced product demonstrations to visiting physicians and sales personnel
  • Identify and routinely use the most effective, cost-efficient, and best business practices to execute processes; continually evaluate their effectiveness and appropriateness
