Responsibilities

The Clinical Sales Specialist will drive the generation of new sales for the Volara System, Vest 205, and Synclara System across the acute care continuum, focusing on capital opportunities and disposable pull-through. This role involves providing strategic leadership, expertise in healthcare system and IDN-based opportunities, and oversight of pricing strategy and contracting. Responsibilities include conducting negotiations, coordinating with clinical specialists and Baxter counterparts for sales and customer service, leading new product installations and basic training, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships to retain and expand account presence.
