Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have 5+ years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry. A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) qualification is required, along with strong analytical skills to supervise sales activity, develop sales plans, understand market trends, and complete administrative tasks. The role also requires residence in the Northeast within an hour of a major airport and the ability to travel approximately 75% of the time with 2-3 overnights per week.
The Clinical Sales Specialist will drive the generation of new sales for the Volara System, Vest 205, and Synclara System across the acute care continuum, focusing on capital opportunities and disposable pull-through. This role involves providing strategic leadership, expertise in healthcare system and IDN-based opportunities, and oversight of pricing strategy and contracting. Responsibilities include conducting negotiations, coordinating with clinical specialists and Baxter counterparts for sales and customer service, leading new product installations and basic training, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships to retain and expand account presence.
