The Senior Division Manager will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a high-performing sales team, onboarding and training them to exceed launch expectations, and leading them to meet sales and performance goals. This role involves analyzing market trends, developing and implementing divisional sales plans, engaging with key customers to build relationships and advocacy, and collaborating with partners like Kite Pharma to achieve aligned goals. Additionally, the manager will lead commercial activities at scientific meetings and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. The position requires at least 50% travel within the Northeast Region territory.
