As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our enterprise customer base. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, curious, and results-driven member of our expanding Sales team, focused on identifying new business opportunities with prospects and uncovering growth potential for our clients. A strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to anticipate future trends will empower you to drive success and contribute to the ongoing evolution of dbt Labs.

The typical starting salary range for this role is: $214,000 - $259,200 USD
The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed is: $238,000 - $288,00 USD
