Territory Sales Manager - Computed Tomography (CT) & X-ray

Position Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory plan for the sale of Computed Tomography (CT) and X-ray Non-destructive Testing systems. You will target key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices, and Electronics.

Responsibilities

  • Sell products and services, including system upgrades, service contracts, and inspection services, within an assigned geographical area.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline by maintaining a clear understanding of sales processes and stages.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts for systems and services to the region director, including weekly deal and pipeline reviews.
  • Manage CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory to manage the installed base, develop new opportunities, and cultivate customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities, develop deal strategies, and establish the company as the technical solution of choice for customers.
  • Drive sales opportunities to closure, including quoting, negotiation, and Order to Remittance (OTR) handoff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering or Business degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
  • Capital Sales Experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD.
  • Experience in key strategic segments: Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Automotive/Electric Vehicles.
  • Experience with a CRM system.
  • Ability to travel 50%-70% of the time.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

Annual Pay Scale: $88,800.00 - $199,500.00
