Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience and up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Capital sales experience with deal values over $750,000 USD, experience in Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, and Automotive/Electric Vehicles segments, and CRM experience are required. The role also demands the ability to travel 50%-70% of the time and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic territory plans for selling Computed Tomography (CT) and X-ray Non-destructive testing systems to key industry segments. Responsibilities include selling product upgrades, service contracts, and inspection services, developing a sales pipeline, forecasting sales, managing CRM data, traveling to manage installed base and develop new opportunities, collaborating with Application Engineers on deal strategies, and driving deals to closure.
