Key areas of expertise include NGS research data analysis, management, sharing and storage; analysis, annotation, interpretation and reporting from NGS testing in a clinical environment; Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS); cloud based workflows and pipelines; genomics applications and methods; data science including AI and Machine Learning; and laboratory notebooks.

Strong candidates will have strong genomics and informatics technical knowledge, expertise in selling NGS and genomic data analysis solutions, and the ability to provide technical guidance, proof-of-concept analysis, and partner with teams and third-party providers.
