Candidates must have 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or 1099/contractor roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets of 20+ hires per month. A strong understanding of clinical licensure requirements across multiple states, a data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics, and a sales mentality are essential. Excellent communication skills for engaging with licensed healthcare professionals and proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools/platforms are also required. Experience recruiting therapists, counselors, or nurse practitioners, knowledge of telehealth or digital health platforms, understanding of multi-state licensing requirements and credentialing processes, and experience with capacity planning are considered nice to haves.
The Clinical Recruiter will drive high-volume recruitment of licensed therapists and nurse practitioners for 1099 contractor positions, owning recruitment metrics and ensuring hires meet licensing and credentialing requirements. They will develop and execute sourcing strategies, experiment with new recruitment channels, and optimize conversion rates through process improvements and candidate experience enhancements. The role involves building relationships with clinical communities, owning recruitment analytics, providing strategic insights to senior leadership, and collaborating with capacity planning to align recruitment efforts with patient demand forecasts. Responsibilities also include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with credentialing and onboarding teams, maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS, and developing scalable recruitment processes.
