Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or home health settings
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume, multi-site or multi-state recruiting
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, interviewing techniques, and employment regulations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and comply with organizational policies

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for clinical positions across multiple states or territories
  • Coordinate in-house recruitment efforts, including interviews and candidate referrals
  • Review and screen candidate applications and resumes for clinical roles
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
  • Extend job offers and manage the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding
  • Organize and attend hiring events, including job fairs and career days
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders, educational institutions, and community partners
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage qualified talent
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, employment laws, and best practices throughout the recruitment process
  • Proactively bring forward ideas and strategies to hiring leaders to attract and engage qualified talent
  • Build relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community partners to develop candidate pipelines
  • Utilize online job postings, networking, and direct outreach to source candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of qualified candidates
