Candidates must possess over 5 years of recruiting experience, covering both technical roles (engineering, product, design, data science) and business roles (finance, operations, compliance, support). They should be adept at sourcing and networking, resourceful, inventive, and resilient in talent acquisition. A process-minded approach to building repeatable recruiting practices is essential, along with comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience leveraging AI tools for recruiting tasks and familiarity with Ashby ATS are preferred, as is a background in fintech or startups.
The Contract Recruiter will partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies. They will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, build and manage candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, and translate complex hiring priorities into scalable processes. Responsibilities also include running multiple searches concurrently, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and collaborating with the People team to improve recruiting tools and workflows.
