Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field is required. A background in nursing or healthcare is essential, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The Clinical Customer Success Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff and operational leaders, acting as a trusted clinical resource. They will lead product implementations, focusing on aligning solutions with nursing workflows and operational processes. The role involves training nursing teams and other healthcare staff on the effective use of Hippocratic AI solutions, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes using AI tools, and managing day-to-day client relationships. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback, establish metrics to measure success, travel extensively for onsite support and training, and share best practices from AI implementation with the nursing leadership team.
