Responsibilities

  • Assess client business goals and advertising requirements to deliver tailored solutions and strategic recommendations
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights; present results to clients to demonstrate impact and value
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign, audience, and measurement issues, including discrepancies, ensuring smooth and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively, optimize performance, and align with Samba’s data, audience, and measurement solutions
  • Build strong client partnerships through consistent engagement, manage requests accurately and timely, and drive renewals, expansions, and satisfaction
  • Deliver training, workshops, and regular reviews to build partner capabilities, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and partner meetings, driving alignment on strategy, performance, and actionable insights
  • Develop resources, best-practice guides, and training programs; act as a point of escalation for clients and internal teams
  • Manage Salesforce reconciliation for programmatic audience and partner usage reporting
  • Develop and deploy audience segments for agencies, brands, and partners; recommend optimal targeting strategies aligned with campaign goals
  • Configure, monitor, and optimize campaigns to deliver performance outcomes; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance on planning and targeting during pre- and post-sales; lead troubleshooting with traders/agencies to resolve issues
  • Identify and address process inefficiencies to enhance workflow, team productivity, and client delivery
