  • Able to work hybrid in Denver, Colorado, requiring 3 days in-office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in change orders, Salesforce audits, and database cleanup
  • Support inbound lead reviews, outbound prospecting, and generate new leads
  • Provide research assistance and note-taking during SAR sales calls
  • Aid in building quotes, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Assist in pulling data and reviewing invoices
  • Help organize client information, sales cycle tasks, and recap decks
  • Conduct competitive landscape research
  • Participate in administrative tasks, including event setup and project coordination
