- Able to work hybrid in Denver, Colorado, requiring 3 days in-office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Responsibilities
- Assist in change orders, Salesforce audits, and database cleanup
- Support inbound lead reviews, outbound prospecting, and generate new leads
- Provide research assistance and note-taking during SAR sales calls
- Aid in building quotes, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Assist in pulling data and reviewing invoices
- Help organize client information, sales cycle tasks, and recap decks
- Conduct competitive landscape research
- Participate in administrative tasks, including event setup and project coordination

- Responsible for the secure handling of data in accordance with security policies, identifying and reporting phishing attempts, as well as reporting security issues
