Requirements

Candidates must have 180 days or fewer remaining prior to discharge and at least 180 continuous days of active service, with unit commander approval and an approved MOU submitted before the start date. Preferred qualifications include at least 18 months of Zscaler product experience, experience as a technical instructor in network security, cloud, or SaaS technology, demonstrated ability to quickly learn new products and technologies, an interest in course development and instructional design, and experience designing and developing hands-on training exercises and presentations.

Responsibilities

The Technical Enablement- SkillBridge Intern will drive training initiatives by defining requirements, developing content, creating assessments, delivering live training, and troubleshooting technical challenges. Responsibilities include delivering Zscaler technical courseware and certification programs, serving as a technical subject matter expert, configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), and managing remote training labs and related online services.
