Position Overview

Deel is seeking a passionate and driven individual to serve as the face and voice of the company for its clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships, converting these relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will provide strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, while also championing new products and capabilities internally to facilitate client business expansion with Deel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' HR and payroll processes to align Deel’s processes accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advise clients on global hiring trends, process improvements, and opportunities to enhance their global workforce experience.
  • Collect and enter worker data, and onboard clients onto Deel’s platform.
  • Invite workers to the Deel platform and provide hands-on onboarding support.
  • Initiate and manage background checks, equipment orders, and mobility requests.
  • Manage changes to employee agreements, PTO, expenses, and work submissions.
  • Complete necessary data entry into clients' systems.
