Global Mobility & Immigration Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic Global Mobility & Immigration Manager to join our People Experience team. This role is responsible for managing global mobility vendor operations and overseeing the strategy and execution of immigration processes for employee relocations, transfers, and work authorization. You will collaborate closely with internal legal counsel, external immigration providers, and cross-functional partners across Zoom to ensure a compliant and employee-centric mobility experience.

About the Team

The PX Compliance and Talent Strategies team is instrumental in advancing Zoom's business objectives by ensuring our people programs are compliant, scalable, and focused on the employee experience. We partner across the organization to assist teams in identifying, hiring, onboarding, and supporting talent globally. Our team maintains regulatory integrity and facilitates a seamless and equitable experience for all Zoom employees. We provide strategic oversight and operational guidance in areas such as immigration, global mobility, and talent engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global mobility and immigration processes for employee moves, including relocations, transfers, and visa/work permit applications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees navigating immigration or relocation processes, offering guidance and support throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to interpret and apply immigration regulations in key jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with external immigration and relocation vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and compliance standards.
• Track and report on global immigration activities, risks, timelines, and escalations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and Compensation to support cross-border hiring and mobility planning.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of mobility and immigration policies, workflows, and employee-facing resources.
• Stay current on changes in global immigration laws and provide guidance to internal teams as needed.
• Support ad hoc projects within the PX compliance team as required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration.
• Experience in broader HR compliance or regulatory work.
• Demonstrated experience navigating global immigration regulations and processes.
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and navigating complex case escalations with legal or immigration counsel.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.
• Proven communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee and legal matters.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field.

Salary and Compensation

• Salary Range: $97,600.00 - $225,700.00
• Zoom's Total Direct Compensation philosophy includes base salary, bonus, and equity value.
• Starting pay will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
• A location-based compensation structure may apply, resulting in different ranges for candidates in various locations.
