Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in operations consulting, professional services, project management, or a similar role, with a proven track record in process optimization and client engagement, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is required, and certifications such as MBA, PMP, or Six Sigma are desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Operations Consultant will assist with clients onboarding by clarifying operational requirements, supporting solution scoping, and ensuring alignment with client needs, conduct assessments of existing client operations to identify areas for improvement and transformation, design and develop client-facing deliverables such as implementation roadmaps and operational playbooks, facilitate smooth handovers from sales to delivery teams, guide and manage clients through operational changes, create and customize templates for repeatable deliverables, develop and review sales documents, coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, create and implement education plans, and assist with ongoing project management efforts related to new client implementations and ad-hoc client support. They will also conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement.
