Experience with large-scale automation or robotics systems is beneficial, and prior work with specific companies like Dematic, Schaefer, Knapp, Fortna, or MHS is preferred. The role requires up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Service Operations will own and optimize the end-to-end Bot repair life cycle, leading the onboarding, training, and operational enablement of 3PL providers. Responsibilities include planning and overseeing new technology introductions, serving as the operational interface between engineering and external repair partners, and developing strategies for customers to assume ownership of on-site Bot repair. The role involves leading the design and launch of diagnostic and repair centers, defining business cases, and partnering with engineering and quality teams to improve product reliability. Additionally, the manager will leverage data insights to identify service gaps, optimize repair strategies, and track progress using defined KPIs.
