Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A.) and at least 8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They should have experience interacting with subordinate supervisors, customers, and functional peer group managers, and a proven ability to lead cooperative efforts among project team members. A successful track record in delivering complex IT projects, implementing improvements in the project lifecycle, identifying and mitigating project risks, and a passion for the IT industry and leveraging technology for business outcomes are also required.

Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Manager will establish and manage client and employee expectations, providing leadership to diverse operations teams. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, managing personnel, ensuring work quality, and maintaining regular client communication. The role involves managing and evolving existing services, assisting with sales growth strategies, and developing personnel on-boarding and training programs. They will also drive meetings on delivery performance and service improvements, manage capacity planning, support business development with services content, define product roadmaps, work with recruiting to build hiring pipelines, develop retention programs, manage large IT projects to meet time, cost, and quality requirements, and take ownership of complex issue resolution and risk management.
