Job Description

The Client Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships within a named account environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong alliances with senior client management.
  • Providing recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals.
  • Negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.
  • Serving as a strategic business partner and primary point of contact for clients.
  • Helping clients leverage data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to enhance lending, risk management, and fraud prevention.
  • Cultivating relationships with new partners in the financial services industry to uncover new opportunities.
  • Quickly grasping concepts and sharing industry knowledge on how data, software, and analytics can transform customer businesses.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities, engaging the right stakeholders, addressing issues, and identifying opportunities.
  • Understanding customer needs by viewing the world from their perspective, speaking their language, and advocating for the customer's voice to improve Experian's solutions.
  • Developing forecasts, advancing pipelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Identifying new avenues for business growth and expanding current partnerships.
  • Challenging yourself with new opportunities, prioritizing accountability, and building trust with teammates and customers to foster leadership development.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Region Vice President.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in financial services, with a track record of overachieving in selling complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytics, fraud, and software solutions within the financial services sector.
  • Understanding of customer priorities and initiatives aimed at achieving revenue and profit targets.
  • Proven ability to generate and develop new business, including prospecting within an existing client base.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
