Candidates must have over 5 years of direct sales experience in healthcare SaaS sales, with expertise in Healthcare BPOs being beneficial. A minimum of 5 years of experience in prospecting, healthcare SaaS sales, and selling to third-party client reseller relationships within the healthcare revenue cycle is required. Additionally, 5+ years of experience managing a healthcare revenue sales cycle in both provider and non-provider (B2B) environments, including contract negotiation, is necessary. Proven success in lead generation, closing deals, relationship management, and consultative selling within the healthcare revenue cycle, along with exceeding sales targets with Healthcare IT companies, is essential. Experience with healthcare technology products in healthcare cycle management is also required. Up to 50% travel may be necessary, and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is expected.
The Client Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for Experian Health, focusing on client retention. This includes identifying key buying partners within prospects, securing appointments, and fostering strategic relationships. The role involves assessing prospective clients' priorities, understanding their success metrics, and presenting compelling solutions that highlight Experian Health's value propositions. Responsibilities also include educating clients on the product portfolio, developing opportunity plans for target accounts, and maintaining client information in the CRM system. The Client Executive will nurture leads, conduct onsite and virtual demos, manage scoping and contracting, and close accounts. A thorough understanding of competitive offerings and market trends is needed to differentiate Experian Health's products and strengthen value propositions by linking market insights to client priorities.
