The Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management will own the comprehensive RCM strategy, design a future-forward RCM function integrating automation and AI, and serve as a strategic advisor on reimbursement. They will lead RCM processes from eligibility to collections, manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Product and Engineering to enhance automation. Additionally, they will support payer negotiations, act as an escalation point for payer issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on client onboarding, billing integration, and data analysis to improve RCM performance.
