Responsibilities

  • Organize, direct, and control the activities of the Customer Service Department to ensure calls are accepted and placed professionally and timely

  • Ensure activities of the Customer Service Department support the goals and objectives of the entire Pharmacy Operation and all related departments
  • Manage the departmental budget (control payroll, overtime, outside labor, etc.)
  • Manage the P&L to ensure profitability throughout the process
