The primary location is Asheville/Durham, NC, with frequent travel up to 50% throughout the larger Asheville/Durham area and overall travel expected 75% of the time.
The expected schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET, with some weekends for conferences and/or events.
Key requirements include a dynamic personality and knack for developing relationships, ability to independently handle challenges and decision-making, experience pulling data from Tableau, mentoring team members, and bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred.
This role is part of the Network Development team, involving close work with providers, care teams, local community organizations, and health plans, with mentoring of new and associate-level team members and collaboration with the Director on broader challenges.
A strong candidate is passionate about reimagining pediatric health care for children with complex needs, has a dynamic personality for building relationships, can independently manage challenges and data analysis, and meets engagement targets.
