Requirements

6+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service in a medical or healthcare field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with several types of providers (e.g., Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners); pediatrics preferred, but not required
Access to reliable transportation
Dynamic personality and a knack for developing good interpersonal relationships
Comfort with scientific terminology and ability to seamlessly move through various medical environments, such as hospitals, doctors' offices and pharmacies
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role but not required

Responsibilities

Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within assigned territory or specific market
Execute strategic initiatives, including supporting providers, coordinating events, and addressing day-to-day operational needs
Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations in territory
Provide input on central engagement strategies from on-the-ground experience
Independently handle day-to-day challenges and decision-making
Work closely with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition
Identify additional engagement opportunities by independently pulling data from Tableau to share with PCPs
Mentor and support new and associate-level team members
Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets
Independently develop and maintain relationships with health plans
Travel within territory and within market for team member support and relationship builds
