Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service in a medical or healthcare field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with several types of providers (e.g., Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners); pediatrics preferred, but not required
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Dynamic personality and a knack for developing good interpersonal relationships
  • Comfort with scientific terminology and ability to seamlessly move through various medical environments, such as hospitals, doctors' offices and pharmacies
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within assigned territory or specific market
  • Execute strategic initiatives, including supporting providers, coordinating events, and addressing day-to-day operational needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations in territory
  • Provide input on central engagement strategies from on-the-ground experience
  • Independently handle day-to-day challenges and decision-making
  • Work closely with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition
  • Identify additional engagement opportunities by independently pulling data from Tableau to share with PCPs
  • Mentor and support new and associate-level team members
  • Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets
  • Independently develop and maintain relationships with health plans
  • Travel within territory and within market for team member support and relationship builds
