Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of energy management systems, distributed energy resources (DERs), and virtual power plants (VPPs), along with experience in client delivery and technology transformation. A background in the energy sector, particularly residential flexibility, is highly desirable, and familiarity with electric vehicles, home batteries, and smart thermostats is beneficial. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required.

Responsibilities

As the Client Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of the Residential Flex product for client projects, working in partnership with Kraken’s technology and operational teams, as well as the client. This includes understanding client needs, refining solutions, supporting client adaptation to Kraken’s working style, and facilitating communication between all stakeholders. You will also triage incoming requests, communicate client priorities internally, and summarize and articulate client issues, ultimately driving successful technology transformations and business outcomes for the client.
