About the Role

The Client Delivery Lead will manage the implementation of Kraken's Residential Flexibility product for clients. This involves working in partnership with Kraken's technology and operational teams, as well as the client, to deliver project outcomes. The role requires a deep understanding of how Kraken operates, the ability to refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities, and to bring together technology, people, and processes for client innovation. You will also guide clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken's development style and act as a liaison between clients and Kraken's product managers and developers for development needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with client counterparts, typically product owners and business owners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical development.
  • Act as the escalation and resolution point for specific domain/product issues with customers.
  • Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
  • Summarize and articulate client needs and project status.
