Responsibilities

  • Estimate a detailed savings comparison of the benefits or additional costs owe solar system ownership based on borrower loan and utility details
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Handle Inbound/outbound calls, texts and emails
  • Present thorough and detailed findings regarding savings to the financial investigations team as well as Client Support leadership
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly metric goals
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap policies and procedures
  • Assist the Financial Investigations team in determining the ideal resolution based on the estimated savings or loss of borrowers and the data presented at the time of sale if applicable
