Responsibilities

Oversee and guide team metrics and goals
Discover and understand the connections between Jobber's day-to-day work, overall product vision, technical strategy, and customers' needs
Build relationships across the organization to keep work moving and help unblock the team when needed
Balance coaching, feedback, and mentorship to help the team grow in their craft and achieve their career goals
Hold team members accountable for delivering high-quality roadmaps on time
Help the team connect cross-team internal roadmaps and Jobber's long-term strategy
Collaborate with the Product teams to ensure changes are in the best interest of customers
Identify and prioritize building what matters to achieve product and company goals and initiatives
Work with the team to develop quality roadmaps that align with company strategy and technical execution
Foster collaboration across Jobber, Production Engineering, Backend Foundations, Comms Systems, and other core technology teams
Translate between business priorities and technical realities to keep work moving at scale
Ensure cross-team dependencies and long-term technical strategy are connected
Identify and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Technical Program Management
