Candidates should possess a high school graduate or comparable work experience, along with post-secondary education preferred. They must have solid technology skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a desire to learn and utilize innovative technologies to enhance the client experience. Proven ability to build client/customer relationships, demonstrated through excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills is also required. Candidates should be prepared to complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA General Securities Representative (Series 7) Exam and Uniform Securities State Law Exam (Series 66 [or Series 63/65]).
The Client Associate will provide extraordinarily professional and courteous client service, managing client requests, account maintenance, and articulating requirements in a regulatory environment. They will review, maintain, and process account documents and information, solve complex issues, and inform the team of meaningful client account and transaction activities, including suspicious activity. The role involves coordinating and managing client appointments, assisting in developing client communications and events, facilitating fund and securities transfers, providing general administrative support, maintaining client CRM records, adhering to all firm policies, and performing other assigned projects and duties.
