Requirements

Experience leading enterprise-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and planning processes across business units and geographies
Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and automating standardized management and operational reporting
Expertise in preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executive leadership, CEO, and Board of Directors
Ability to create data-driven narratives, visuals, dashboards, and presentations for Board meetings, QBRs, and investor updates
Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monitoring key growth metrics (e.g., ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
Experience providing strategic financial analysis, scenario modeling, and guidance to functional leaders and executives
Knowledge of administering and enhancing financial systems like Workday Adaptive Planning, with integration to ERP and CRM platforms
Capability to drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and collaboration with Accounting and finance teams

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end enterprise financial consolidation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
Develop, maintain, and automate standardized reporting to support executive visibility, forecasting, and decision-making
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and analytics for better insights and precision
Collaborate with Accounting on close processes, timelines, and variance explanations
Own preparation and delivery of reporting packages for executives, CEO, and Board, including narratives and visuals
Partner with CFO and senior leaders to manage Board/Investor reporting calendar, ad-hoc analysis, and presentations
Support QBRs, board meetings, and investor updates with dashboards and performance summaries
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes enterprise-wide
Establish and monitor key growth and SaaS metrics for data-driven decisions
Provide strategic analysis, scenario modeling, and financial guidance to leaders
Lead administration, enhancement, and integration of Workday Adaptive Planning and financial systems
Develop and implement standardized FP&A processes, templates, and best practices
