This role involves developing, managing, and creating relationships between Arrow ECS and suppliers and customers. The successful candidate will drive strategy and go-to-market plans, ensuring execution to sales growth plans by coordinating initiatives and managing key stakeholder relationships across geographies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy and managing programs in the IT industry.
  • Fluency: Fluency in English.
  • Communication: Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and create relationships between Arrow ECS and suppliers and customers.
  • Drive the development and execution of strategy and business development and go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure execution to sales growth plans by coordinating the execution of initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.
  • Drive results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
  • Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management abreast of business dynamics by maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, across geos, to understand business trends and forecast and consolidate input to management.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive watch; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
  • Closely work with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising.
  • Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPI’s.
  • Ensure the sales and technical teams across geos are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.
  • Participate in a sales compensation plan; a portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals.
