Requirements

The Senior Technical Program Manager requires 8+ years of experience leading large cross-team initiatives, a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies, the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams, proven experience building new processes and rolling them out to teams and departments, and comfort working with stakeholders of all levels. They must also be able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading multiple complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and issues, coordinating all players, establishing and maintaining program management best practices and standards, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams, driving requirements and documentation efforts, identifying and tracking success metrics, and driving agile methodology adoption across the Tech organization. The Senior Technical Program Manager will also perform other duties as assigned.
