Microsoft Partner Manager

Candidates are required to have 4+ years of professional experience with 2 years focused on cloud provider ISV alliance management or equivalent experience, experience working with Microsoft in an alliance capacity and demonstrated understanding of Azure Marketplace, Partner Center and Microsoft's funding programs, experience working with field sales and a general understanding of how partnering works at the account level, and demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including marketing, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives.
The Alliance Manager will support the global leader on the Microsoft Partnership with a focus on executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including relationship management/tracking, establishing and maintaining operational rigor in support of the co-sell motion, overseeing internal Microsoft partnership program meetings and status reports, ensuring enablement assets are up to date and identifying gaps, executing monthly co-sell reporting to Microsoft, supporting a global team of cloud partner sales managers, acting as the key point of contact for co-sell related issues, supporting partnership communications through newsletters and business reviews, and coordinating with industry GTM teams to align on a GTM with Microsoft.
