Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director, IT Program/Project Management will drive strategic programs, partner with cross-functional leaders for executive communication and decision-making, and apply SAFe/Agile standards across multiple teams. Responsibilities include defining and implementing governance and operating models, managing risks and dependencies, ensuring delivery quality, promoting best practices and documentation standards, creating dashboards, analyzing trends, and generating actionable insights. The role also involves collaborating with product leaders to convert vision into roadmaps powered by ServiceNow and guiding digital enablement initiatives.
