Requirements

Candidates should have 10-15 years of experience in creative production, brand experience, or content operations, preferably within in-house brand teams or top creative agencies. A sharp creative eye, deep understanding of multimedia formats, and fluency in various creative formats like video, events, and social activations are essential. Proven ability to lead large-scale brand campaigns, produce digital-first campaigns, and a strong understanding of digital channels and emerging creative AI tools are required. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Director, Executive Producer will lead the end-to-end development and production of high-impact brand expressions across video, experiential, digital, and integrated campaigns. This role involves overseeing the execution of brand initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external partners, bringing clarity to complex productions, balancing creative ambition with operational clarity, and steering both big-picture planning and daily decision-making for brand and product experiences.
