  • Fort tempérament commercial et passion pour l’univers de la restauration et la vente de produits alimentaires
  • Aisance relationnelle, sens de la négociation, combativité et audace
  • Autonomie dans l’organisation de l’activité
  • Expérience idéale dans la vente B to B dans le secteur de la restauration hors foyer
  • Sensibilisation aux règles d’hygiène et de sécurité des denrées alimentaires, maîtrise de la chaîne du froid (conformément à la norme ISO 22000)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (pack Office) souhaitée

Responsibilities

  • Animer et développer en autonomie le portefeuille de clients et prospects BTB dans les marchés publics, collectivités autogérées et centrales d’achat/référencement
  • Participer à l’élaboration des revues d’affaires et des réponses aux appels d’offres
  • Prospecter pour ouvrir de nouveaux clients, fidéliser la clientèle active et réactiver des comptes clients
  • Analyser les besoins et potentiels de développement des clients, affiner leurs attentes et conseiller les produits adaptés
  • Développer les volumes de vente pour l’ensemble des familles de produits et les gammes prioritaires
  • Implanter des produits différenciants (issus des ateliers, innovations, exclusivités)
  • Garantir le respect des règles de la politique tarifaire et commerciale du groupe
  • Actualiser et renégocier les offres de prix
  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé des clients par une forte présence terrain et établir une relation de confiance
