The Role

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: A bi-lingual (English/Spanish) channel marketing manager, who will work closely with LATAM Global Service Provider (GSP) partners and be responsible for the go-to-market execution of RingCentral’s co-branded partner products. This is an opportunity to work on a joint solution across leading brands and transform the telecommunications market with a breakthrough cloud communications solution. This individual will drive the delivery of our go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, activities and marketing campaigns for the LATAM region. This role is visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with product management, sales, and both internal and external staff members and partners across both organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation: Developing and executing marketing activities in support of sales and partner objectives to grow sales pipeline and drive new revenues including account-based marketing, events, promotions, and digital marketing.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales tools and training materials to empower sales teams to effectively articulate product value and overcome objections.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with LATAM service providers and partner teams. Distribute marketing communications to appropriate internal and external teams, elevating collective knowledge of channel programs and operations.
  • Product Release and Launches: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches, features, and updates.
  • Customer Marketing: Work with the partner to develop customer case studies and testimonials for awareness, develop sales pitches, and gather customer feedback for product development.
  • Compete Analysis: Deliver competitive analysis on regional UC and CC markets, create resources and identify opportunities to optimize marketing activities.
  • Ensure Marketing ROI: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing programs, driving data-driven decisions and maximizing ROI.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • 4-8 years of experience in Channel Marketing required with experience managing National Partners preferred
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) at a business level
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related degree
  • Able to develop and implement customer-specific marketing programs independently
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Self-motivated, able to problem solve and provide great work with limited supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
  • Campaign management experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
  • Provide on-site event support, including assisting with the lifting and movement of items up to 15 lbs.
  • Experience within the technology industry (preference for UCaaS, CCaS or SaaS company)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
