Ability to generate new leads through customer prospecting and sales activities

Responsibilities

Generate new leads by customer prospecting and sales activities
Establish and maintain excellent customer relations
Represent ALTEN at career fairs, job fairs, and other relevant events
Work closely with customers to understand and define their needs in detail
Continuously interview and match candidates to have qualified talent ready for customer needs
Complete background checks and coach candidates before customer interviews
Support candidates in getting started on new assignments
Recruit consultants into open positions and assume management responsibilities for them, building a team
Help consultants with professional development and needs to maintain satisfaction and increase retention
Coach team members, follow up and report KPIs weekly, and take responsibility for the team's actions and performance
