Requirements

Responsibilities

The Business Operations Specialist will identify, drive, and execute process improvements to enhance revenue and sales productivity. They will champion cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables and measuring business impact. Responsibilities include designing, managing, and providing insights on key performance indicators, building reports and dashboards in Salesforce, and partnering with Sales Enablement and Business Systems teams. The specialist will also nurture relationships with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams, and act as a leader within the Sales Operations team.
