Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in business or a supply chain discipline is preferred, along with 5 years of leadership experience in a materials or supply chain focused or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Supply Chain Productivity Manager will control and direct staff and activities involved in supply chain design and procurement. This role involves leading the vision of supply chain solutions for transformative data and analytics visibility, deeply understanding customer needs, defining and prioritizing the customer product roadmap, and ensuring solution adoption with site/region support. Key accountabilities include formulating and setting optimal material QC pricing, leading quoting strategies and opportunity plans, exhibiting leadership within peer groups, leading strategic material cost reductions, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and serving as senior materials leadership representation at customer Executive Sponsor Reviews.
