Strong organizational development, program management, and problem-solving skills are necessary, as is the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with diverse stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders, are also required. The role demands proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations, and experience mentoring or leading teams. Comfort in high-growth environments and the ability to prioritize strategically across multiple initiatives are important.

Responsibilities

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for aligning sales strategies with business objectives, driving revenue forecasting, reporting, and ensuring data integrity across the Online organization. This role involves collaborating with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to optimize processes and build scalable programs that impact growth and retention. Key duties include performing budgeting, planning, financial analysis, capital expenditure reviews, and variance analysis, as well as evaluating pricing structures. The manager will maintain and enhance costing models, margin management tools, and forecasting processes, partnering with FP&A and online leadership on revenue planning and team targets. Responsibilities also include capturing and analyzing sales KPIs, historical trends, and revenue data for various presentations, managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM data, dashboards, analysis, and reporting tools, and preparing and delivering leadership and stakeholder presentations. Additionally, the role involves training users and leaders on dashboards and tool usage, assisting with troubleshooting, and optimizing existing processes and policies to support scalable programs.
