Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance, and an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Experience in e-commerce, fintech, Enterprise SAAS, and payments is a plus. Extensive experience developing and analyzing 3-statement financial models is required, with M&A due diligence experience being a plus. Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior executives are essential. Excellent communication skills are needed to distill complex issues into simple, structured frameworks with action plans. Demonstrated experience in driving complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders is required. Highly analytical with strong financial modeling and analysis skills are necessary; proficiency with SQL and statistical tools is a plus. Experience with Adaptive Insights, Netsuite, or other ERP systems is a plus. Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape is important, along with a humble attitude and willingness to engage in both strategic thinking and hands-on tasks.
The Finance Manager will develop financial models, distill complex financial data into business insights, reporting, and analyses to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc executive requests. They will participate in the ongoing management of the business and influence decision-making through cross-functional partnerships. The role involves synthesizing financial stories and presenting them to senior leadership, supporting the capital planning process by partnering with senior leaders, and collaborating with executives on business case development. Responsibilities include handling special projects, driving and coordinating annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes, and identifying and improving efficiency, reporting accuracy, and internal controls through process improvement. The Finance Manager will also lead financial diligence efforts for corporate development strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
